Next, the Westerners meet the West Sioux Falcons (Hawarden, IA) in a War Eagle challenge, on Monday, June 2. Akron-Westfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 10-9 non-league win over River Valley (Correctionville, IA).

The Warriors (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingsley-Pierson (Kingsley, IA). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Kingsley-Pierson overcame Ridge View (Holstein, IA), 18-7, in a league challenge.
