The Johannesburg-Lewiston Cardinals softball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Atlanta Huskies to 2 in the Cardinals non-league win on Saturday.
The Cardinals now sport a 27-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillman for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 31. Johannesburg-Lewiston will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Tawas Area (Tawas City, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 19-5.
With the loss, Atlanta moves to 16-4 on the season.
