The Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs triumphed over the visiting Missouri Valley Big Reds softball squad by a count of 11-3 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs play the Oskaloosa Indians (Oskaloosa, IA) in a Little Hawkeye challenge, on Monday, June 2. Dallas Center-Grimes will attempt to upgrade on its 7-0 season record.
The Big Reds (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against IKM/Manning (Manning, IA). The Wolves enter the Western Iowa challenge with a 1-2 record.
