The Big Walnut Golden Eagles lacrosse team scored 14 points and held the visiting Westerville South Wildcats to 12 in the Golden Eagles non-league win on Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Archbishop Alter (Kettering, OH). The Knights go into the Region 7 game with a 2-7 record. In their last game, Archbishop Alter was nudged by Bellbrook (Bellbrook, OH), 15-5, in a league game.
The Wildcats (7-7) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln (Gahanna, OH). The Golden Lions go into the Region 3 game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Lincoln nudged Newark (Newark, OH), 5-3, in a league game.
