In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting St. Thomas More Sabers baseball team scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Fisher Bunnies.
The Sabers (8-9) will now prepare for their game against Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL). The Grey Ghosts go into the Illini Prairie game with a 18-8 record.
The Bunnies (3-15) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Pulaski (Mt. Pulaski, IL). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 18-3 record. In their last game, Mt. Pulaski tipped Athens (Athens, IL), 4-1, in a league game.
