The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Hotchkiss School Bearcats (Lakeville, CT) and the visiting Berkshire School Bears (Sheffield, MA), saw Hotchkiss School's lacrosse team top Berkshire School by a margin of 18-7.
The Bearcats (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Green enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Deerfield Academy was overwhelmed by IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL), 19-13, in a non-league challenge.
The Bears (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Kent School (Kent, CT). The Lions enter the NEPSAC Freelance challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Kent School beat Pomfret School (Pomfret, CT), 12-11, in a league challenge.
