The Kingswood Oxford Wyverns lacrosse squad (West Hartford, CT), was overwhelmed 14-4 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Frederick Gunn Highlanders (Washington, CT)
The Highlanders (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Pomfret School (Pomfret, CT). The Griffins enter the NEPSAC Freelance challenge with a 9-3 record. In their last challenge, Pomfret School beat Portsmouth Abbey (Portsmouth, RI), 13-7, in a non-league challenge.
The Wyverns (0-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Suffield Academy (Suffield, CT). The Tigers enter the Nepsac challenge with a 0-7 record.
