The Smyrna Eagles lacrosse team scored 15 points and held the host Polytech Panthers to 2 in the Eagles league win on Wednesday.
The Eagles (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Newark Charter School (Newark, DE). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Newark Charter School was overwhelmed by Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE), 17-3, in a league match.
The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Middletown (Middletown, DE). The Cavaliers go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record.
