The Chesterfield Golden Rams routed the host St. Joseph's Catholic Knights softball squad by a final score of 20-0 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Golden Rams (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Saluda (Saluda, SC). The Tigers go into the non-league battle with a 13-7 record. In their last battle, Saluda topped Blacksburg (Blacksburg, SC), 8-7, in a non-league battle.
The Knights now possess a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Blacksburg for a non-league battle on Friday, May 6. St. Joseph's Catholic will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Saluda (Saluda, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-8.
