The Edwards County Lions softball team (Albion, IL), was routed 16-0 in Wednesday's non-league test with the host Mt. Carmel Golden Aces (Mt. Carmel, IL)

Coming up next, the Golden Aces encounter the Robinson Maroons (Robinson, IL) in a Little Illini test, on Monday, May 9. Mt. Carmel will attempt to improve on its 17-0 season record.

The Lions (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Eldorado (Eldorado, IL). The Eagles come into the Black Diamond East test with a 2-13 record.
