Pioneer Panthers (Royal Center, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Knox Redskins (Knox, IN), 17-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 15-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Culver Community for a Hoosier North challenge on Thursday, May 5.

With the loss, Knox falls to 7-7 on the campaign. The Redskins host North Judson-San Pierre (North Judson, IN) to battle the Bluejays in a Hoosier North challenge on Friday, May 6. The Bluejays enter the challenge with a record of 2-9. North Judson-San Pierre lost 6-1 in their recent league challenge against Winamac (Winamac, IN)
