Michigan High School Softball - Monroe tipped by Pinckney

The Pinckney Pirates softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Monroe Trojans to 3 in the Pirates league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Pinckney moves its record to 11-4 on the year. The Pirates travel to Adrian (Adrian, MI) to clash with the Maples in a Southeastern - White game on Monday, May 9. The Maples come into the game with a record of 3-6.

In their next game, the Trojans clash with the Canton Chiefs (Canton, MI) in a Kensington Lakes - West test, on Friday, May 6. Monroe will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Chiefs come into the test with a 9-2 record after their 9-4 league win over Novi (Novi, MI).
