In Thursday's non-league game, the host Ridge Spring-Monetta Trojans baseball team scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes.
The Trojans (4-9) will now prepare for their game against St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, St. Joseph's Catholic was edged by Lewisville (Richburg, SC), 9-8, in a non-league game.
