The Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) baseball nipped the host Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI), 2-1 in Thursday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Huskies encounter the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) in a Division 1 (State) contest, on Monday, May 8. Mt. Hope will attempt to better on its 6-6 season record. The Oakers come into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 8-7 league win over South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI).
