Pennsylvania High School Lacrosse - Hazleton Area overwhelms Tunkhannock

The Hazleton Area Cougars triumphed over the host Tunkhannock Tigers lacrosse team by a score of 14-4 in Thursday's league match.
With the win, Hazleton Area upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Cougars host North Pocono (Covington Township, PA) to play the Trojans in a Wyoming Valley match on Saturday, May 6. The Trojans go into the match with a record of 6-7. North Pocono lost 16-9 in their recent league match against Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA)
With the defeat, Tunkhannock drops to 5-10 on the season.
