Daniel Lions (Central, SC) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Chapman Panthers (Inman, SC), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Lions confront the Powdersville Patriots (Greenville, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 6. Daniel will attempt to move on its 13-10 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Clinton (Clinton, SC).
The Panthers now possess a 12-5 record.
