Wilbur Cross Governors (New Haven, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting West Haven Blue Devils (West Haven, CT), 7-6 in a league battle.

The Governors now have a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Branford for a Southern Connecticut battle on Tuesday, May 9.
