In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Jenison Wildcats softball team scored a nice 15-3 win over the Caledonia Fighting Scots.
Coming up next, the Wildcats encounter the West Ottawa Panthers (Holland, MI) in a Ottawa-Kent - Red outing, on Friday, May 5. Jenison will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 6-12 record after their 20-4 league loss to Rockford (Rockford, MI).
The Fighting Scots (5-11) will now prepare for their outing against Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Bulldogs enter the Ottawa-Kent - Red outing with a 9-6 record. In their last outing, Grandville was routed by Hudsonville (Hudsonville, MI), 3-1, in a league contest.
