California High School Softball - Marina bounces Segerstrom

May 4, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92704

Marina Vikings (Huntington Beach, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 22-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to California for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 9. Marina will face a Condors squad coming off a 7-3 non-league win over Notre Dame (SO) (Sherman Oaks, CA). The Condors record now stands at 20-7.

With the loss, Segerstrom falls to 12-16 on the campaign.
