The Hobart Brickies the host Hammond Morton Governors baseball team by a count of 11-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Brickies now possess a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Highland for a Northwest Crossroads bout on Monday, May 6. Hobart will face a Trojans team coming off a 8-3 league loss to Kankakee Valley (Wheatfield, IN). The Trojans record now stands at 6-12.

Next, the Governors face the Hebron Hawks (Hebron, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, May 6. Hammond Morton will attempt to move on its 9-8 season record. The Hawks enter the bout with a 11-3 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Argos (Argos, IN).
