In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting North Boone Vikings baseball team scored a tight 15-8 victory over the Harvard Hornets.
The Vikings (20-8) will now prepare for their game against Winnebago (Winnebago, IL). The Indians go into the Big Northern game with a 4-20 record. In their last game, Winnebago was overwhelmed by Byron (Byron, IL), 10-4, in a league game.
The Hornets (5-16) will now prepare for their game against Elgin Academy (Elgin, IL). The Hilltoppers go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Elgin Academy was overwhelmed by Westminster Christian (Elgin, IL), 14-4, in a non-league game.
