Missouri High School Baseball - Webster Groves can't hold off Kirkwood

In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Kirkwood Pioneers baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Webster Groves Statesmen.
The Pioneers (11-11) will now prepare for their game against Eureka (Eureka, MO). The Wildcats go into the Class 6 District 2 game with a 22-10 record. In their last game, Eureka tipped Howell Central (St. Charles, MO), 6-3, in a league game.
The Statesmen (15-12) will now prepare for their game against Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO). The Lancers go into the Class 5 District 2 game with a 14-15 record.
