The Ludington Orioles crushed the host Mason County Central Spartans baseball team by a tally of 11-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Orioles now hold a 7-8 record. They take the field next when they host Orchard View for a Western Michigan bout on Monday, May 6.
Next, the Spartans face the Ravenna Bulldogs (Ravenna, MI) in a Western Michigan bout, on Thursday, May 9. Mason County Central will attempt to advance on its 5-9 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 7-5 record after their 4-1 non-league loss to Muskegon Catholic Central (Muskegon, MI).
