Maine High School Lacrosse - Deering drops to Sanford

In Saturday's league test, the visiting Sanford Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 20-7 victory over the Deering Rams.
The Spartans now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Thornton Academy for a Class A match on Friday, May 10.
The Rams (1-5) will now prepare for their match against South Portland (South Portland, ME). The Red Riots go into the Class A match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, South Portland prevailed over Lake Region (Naples, ME), 11-1, in a non-league match.
