In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting East Syracuse-Minoa Spartans lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Christian Brothers Academy Brothers.

The Spartans now have a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Auburn for a non-league test on Tuesday, May 7. East Syracuse-Minoa will face a Maroons squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, NY). The Maroons record now stands at 7-4.

In their next game, the Brothers face the Westhill Warriors (Syracuse, NY) in a Section 3 OHSL Liberty test, on Tuesday, May 7. Christian Brothers Academy will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Warriors come into the test with a 6-4 record after their 12-6 non-league loss to Brighton (Rochester, NY).
