In Saturday's non-league test, the host St. Bernard/Wheeler Saints lacrosse squad scored a good 17-5 victory over the Woodstock Academy Centaurs.
The Saints now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Bacon Academy for a Eastern Connecticut - Small test on Tuesday, May 7. St. Bernard/Wheeler will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 19-7 non-league win over Tolland (Tolland, CT). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-3.
In their next game, the Centaurs face the Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut - Large test, on Tuesday, May 7. Woodstock Academy will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Lancers come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Morgan (Clinton, CT).
