Cascade Cadets (Clayton, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Hamilton Heights Huskies (Arcadia, IN), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Cadets now own a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Plainfield for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 6. Cascade will play a Quakers team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Brownsburg (Brownsburg, IN). The Quakers record now stands at 16-5.

In their next game, the Huskies play the Guerin Catholic Golden Eagles (Noblesville, IN) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, May 7. Hamilton Heights will attempt to move on its 15-6 season record. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a 1-11 record after their 17-3 non-league loss to Zionsville (Zionsville, IN).
