The Clearwater Indians routed the visiting Conway Springs Cardinals softball squad by a final score of 11-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Indians (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Circle (Towanda, KS). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league battle with a 18-5 record. In their last battle, Circle topped Winfield (Winfield, KS), 19-3, in a league battle.
The Cardinals now possess a 10-12 record. They play next when they host Medicine Lodge for a Central Plains battle on Monday, May 6. Conway Springs will meet a Indians squad coming off a 15-5 league loss to Kingman (Kingman, KS). The Indians record now stands at 7-9.
