The Hibbing Bluejackets softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host DeLaSalle Islanders to 2 in the Bluejackets non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Hibbing moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Bluejackets travel to Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MN) to play the Thunderhawks in a Freelance game on Tuesday, May 7. The Thunderhawks come into the game with a record of 4-5.
