The Pilgrim Patriots softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting St. Raphael Academy Saints to 2 in the Patriots league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Pilgrim improves its record to 8-4 on the year. The Patriots host Prout (Wakefield, RI) to clash with the Crusaders in a Division 1 (State) game on Tuesday, May 7. The Crusaders come into the game with a record of 9-3. Prout lost 8-5 in their recent league game against Cranston West (Cranston, RI)

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI) in a Division 1 (State) game, on Tuesday, May 7. St. Raphael Academy will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record. The Falcons come into the game with a 7-4 record after their 8-5 league win over Prout (Wakefield, RI).
