The Medina Battling Bees triumphed over the visiting Nichols Vikings lacrosse team by a tally of 13-2 in Sunday's non-league game.
Next up, the Battling Bees play the Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH) in a Region 1 game, on Tuesday, May 6. Medina will attempt to improve on its 10-5 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 9-6 record after their 13-3 league win over Mentor (Mentor, OH).
The Vikings (11-1) will now prepare for their game against Mount St. Mary Academy (Kenmore, NY). The Thunder come into the Monsignor Martin game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Mount St. Mary Academy was overwhelmed by Sacred Heart Academy (Buffalo, NY), 21-3, in a league game.
