The Rocori Spartans baseball team scored 24 runs and held the visiting Becker Bulldogs to 13 in the Spartans non-league win on Monday.
The Spartans now own a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sauk Rapids-Rice for a Central Lakes test on Thursday, May 7. Rocori will clash with a Storm team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Willmar (Willmar, MN). The Storm record now stands at 5-6.
With the defeat, Becker drops to 5-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Monticello (Monticello, MN) to clash with the Magic in a Mississippi 8 test on Thursday, May 7. The Magic go into the test with a record of 9-1. Monticello won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Alexandria (Alexandria, MN)
