Edisto Cougars (Cordova, SC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lee Central Stallions (Bishopville, SC), 20-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Edisto upgrades its record to 7-11 on the season. The Cougars travel to Pelion (Pelion, SC) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 5-8. Pelion lost 13-5 in their recent non-league test against Woodland (Dorchester, SC)
With the defeat, Lee Central falls to 4-8 on the season.
