The Stillwater Warriors baseball team (Stillwater, NY), was overwhelmed 10-3 in Thursday's league bout with the visiting Hoosic Valley Indians (Schaghticoke, NY)
The Indians now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Tamarac for a Section 2 Wasaren bout on Monday, May 9. Hoosic Valley will face a Bengals team coming off a 22-2 non-league loss to Averill Park (Averill Park, NY). The Bengals record now stands at 11-5.
Next, the Warriors face the Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NY) in a Section 2 Wasaren bout, on Saturday, May 7. Stillwater will attempt to move on its 3-6 season record. The Mountaineers enter the bout with a 0-7 record after their 12-1 league loss to Waterford-Halfmoon (Waterford, NY).
