In Thursday's non-league game, the host Weir Red Riders baseball team scored a tight 10-6 victory over the Linsly Cadets.
The Cadets (11-5) will now prepare for their game against Mercersburg Academy (Mercersburg, PA). The Blue Storm go into the non-league game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Mercersburg Academy was overwhelmed by Jefferson (Shenandoah Junction, WV), 5-0, in a non-league game.
