New York High School Lacrosse - Columbia gets by Bethlehem Central

The crowd at Thursday's league game between the Columbia Blue Devils (East Greenbush, NY) and the host Bethlehem Central Eagles (Delmar, NY), saw Columbia's lacrosse team nudge Bethlehem Central by a final score of 5-4.
The Blue Devils (4-8) will now prepare for their game against Guilderland (Guilderland Center, NY). The Flying Dutchman enter the non-league game with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Guilderland was nipped by Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY), 17-10, in a league battle.
The Eagles now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shenendehowa for a Section 2 Suburban - Gold battle on Tuesday, May 10. Bethlehem Central will clash with a Plainsmen squad coming off a 13-7 non-league win over Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY). The Plainsmen record now stands at 10-3.
