The University Liggett Knights (Grosse Pointe Woods, MI) lacrosse triumphed over the host Grosse Ile Red Devils (Grosse Ile, MI), 13-2 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, University Liggett upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season.
With the defeat, Grosse Ile drops to 0-8 on the season. The Red devils host Gabriel Richard (Ann Arbor, MI) to battle the Fighting Irish in a Division 2 District 7 outing on Thursday, May 12. The Fighting Irish go into the outing with a record of 4-1.
