Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA), 2-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Grizzlies confront the Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern challenge, on Tuesday, May 10. Grassfield will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 10-2 record after their 2-2 league Hickory (Chesapeake, VA).
