The Billerica Memorial Indians routed the host Andover Golden Warriors softball squad by a final score of 11-5 in Thursday's non-league battle.
The Indians (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against King Philip Regional (Wrentham, MA). The Warriors go into the non-league battle with a 11-1 record.
The Golden Warriors now possess a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Central Catholic for a Merrimack Valley - Conf 1 battle on Friday, May 6. Andover will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 10-4 non-league win over Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-3.
