Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park Hawks (Chicago, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Juarez Eagles (Chicago, IL), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Hawks now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lindblom for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 9. Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park will face a Eagles squad coming off a 22-0 non-league loss to Taft (Chicago, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Juarez drops to 4-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Cristo Rey Jesuit (Chicago, IL) to clash with the Cristeros in a non-league test on Friday, May 6. The Cristeros come into the test with a record of 4-3. Cristo Rey Jesuit won 17-7 in their recent league test against Christ the King (Chicago, IL)
