Wareham Vikings (Wareham, MA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Old Rochester Regional Bulldogs (Mattapoisett, MA), 5-4 in a league challenge.

The Vikings now own a 5-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fairhaven for a South Coast challenge on Friday, May 6.
