Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Archbold Blue Streaks (Archbold, OH) and the visiting Swanton Bulldogs (Swanton, OH), saw Archbold's baseball squad beat Swanton by a margin of 5-1.

Coming up next, the Blue Streaks play the Holgate Tigers (Holgate, OH) in a non-league battle, on Friday, May 5. Archbold will attempt to better on its 7-3 season record.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springfield for a non-league battle on Saturday, May 6. Swanton will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 8-3 league win over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-5.
