The North Providence Cougars baseball team (North Providence, RI), was overwhelmed 5-0 in Friday's league outing with the host Barrington Eagles (Barrington, RI)

The Eagles now hold a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prout for a Division 2 outing on Monday, May 8. Barrington will confront a Crusaders team coming off a 8-2 league win over Burrillville (Harrisville, RI). The Crusaders record now stands at 6-6.
