The Episcopal Wildcats nudged the visiting Sloan-Hendrix Greyhounds baseball team by a tally of 1-0 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now hold a 15-8 record. They take the field next when they host Cedar Ridge for a non-league bout on Saturday, May 6. Episcopal will face a Timberwolves team coming off a 9-5 non-league win over Poyen (Poyen, AR). The Timberwolves record now stands at 14-13.
Next, the Greyhounds face the Poyen Indians (Poyen, AR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, May 6. Sloan-Hendrix will attempt to advance on its 13-9 season record. The Indians enter the bout with a 9-11 record after their 9-5 non-league loss to Cedar Ridge (Newark, AR).
