The Morse Shipbuilders got by the visiting Fryeburg Raiders baseball team by a count of 1-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Shipbuilders now possess a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gardiner for a Class B South game on Saturday, May 6. Morse will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 6-5 league loss to Leavitt (Turner, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 1-5.
The Raiders (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Freeport (Freeport, ME). The Falcons go into the Class B South game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Freeport tipped Lake Region (Naples, ME), 6-4, in a league game.
