The Queensbury Spartans (Queensbury, NY) baseball trounced the visiting Lansingburgh Knights (Troy, NY), 10-1 in Friday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Spartans play the Plattsburgh Hornets (Plattsburgh, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, May 8. Queensbury will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 9-3 record after their 12-4 league win over Northeastern Clinton (Champlain, NY).

The Knights now sport a 7-10 record. They take the field next when they host Ichabod Crane for a Section 2 Colonial contest on Monday, May 8. Lansingburgh will play a Riders squad coming off a 8-7 league loss to Schalmont (Schenectady, NY). The Riders record now stands at 10-6.
