The Northeastern Clinton Cougars baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Ticonderoga Sentinels to 4 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars (2-6) will now prepare for their match against Plattsburgh (Plattsburgh, NY). The Hornets go into the Section 7 Champlain Valley I match with a 8-3 record. In their last match, Plattsburgh tipped Northern Adirondack (Ellenburg Depot, NY), 19-2, in a league match.
