The Webster Groves Statesmen volleyball team (Webster Groves, MO), went down 3-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Vianney Golden Griffins (Kirkwood, MO)

The Golden Griffins (12-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Christian Brothers (St. Louis, MO). The Cadets come into the Metro Catholic challenge with a 15-10 record. In their last challenge, Christian Brothers defeated Chaminade (St. Louis, MO), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Statesmen encounter the Parkway West Longhorns (Ballwin, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, May 8. Webster Groves will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Longhorns come into the challenge with a 14-11 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Althoff Catholic (Belleville, IL).
