New Milford Green Wave (New Milford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Immaculate Mustangs (Danbury, CT), 17-8 in a league test.

The Green Wave now have a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Weston for a South West test on Thursday, May 11.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, May 6. Immaculate will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 3-8 record after their 18-7 league loss to Stamford (Stamford, CT).
