Maine High School Lacrosse - Sanford drops to Wells

In Friday's non-league test, the visiting Wells Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 victory over the Sanford Spartans.
The Warriors now have a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westbrook for a non-league test on Monday, May 8. Wells will face a Blue Blazes squad coming off a 15-1 non-league loss to Biddeford (Biddeford, ME). The Blue Blazes record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Spartans face the Noble Knights (Berwick, ME) in a Class A South test, on Monday, May 8. Sanford will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 17-5 league loss to Thornton Academy (Saco, ME).
